Your stay
Intensive course from Monday to Saturday morning. Monday to Friday 2 hours of training every morning and 2 hours every afternoon. Lunches from Monday to Friday are included. All strokes of padel will be tackled with varied exercises to allow you 360 degree progression in your game! On Saturday, a 1.5 hour match session with the other trainees and local players to put it all into practice!

From Monday to Friday: - 2 hours of training in the morning in groups of 4 on various themes - lunch together - 2 hours of training in the afternoon in groups of 4 on various themes Saturday: 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: matches between trainees and local players 10:30 a.m.: debriefing over a drink 11 a.m.: closing ceremony
