Racket Trip offers you training courses in many different racket sports, including: tennis, padel, table tennis, badminton, squash, pickleball and even beach tennis.

You can contact professionals directly on the Racket Trip platform. To do this, go to the directory tab which lists all the professionals present on the platform then access its professional page. There you will find their contact details as well as a “Contact” button.

Once connected to your account, go to the “My reservations” page, you will then find all your reservations whether they are pending, upcoming or already made. You can then select “see summary” to have a summary of your reservation or “see course” to access all the information on the course.

You can generally book an internship for a group of people, depending on the professional's availability. You can contact the club, coach or tour operator directly for information on group bookings.

The means of payment is determined by the professional when validating the internship.

The options are:

1) Secure online payment by credit card : if the professional offers this option, you can validate the reservation of a course via an online card payment.

2) Other means of payment: they are defined directly by the professional and can therefore take different forms such as direct payment to the professional. Once you have booked your course and the professional has validated it, they can send you a payment link by email or via chat on Racket Trip. You can then pay for your reservation conveniently and securely by following this link.

If the professional allows it, you can pay for your reservation in person.

We would like to point out that the cancellation and refund conditions are determined directly by the professionals.

When you book an internship via our platform, it is your responsibility to read the cancellation and refund conditions of the professional concerned. We encourage you to contact them to obtain all the necessary information on this subject before finalizing your reservation.

At the end of your internship, you have the possibility to leave a note as well as a comment to share your experience and give your opinion on the professional who supervised the internship. Here is the procedure to follow :


·       Receiving the email: One day after the end of your internship, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain a direct link inviting you to rate the internship and write a review.


·       Access to the comment form: Click on the link provided in the email. You will be redirected to an online form on our website.


·       Filling out the form: In this form, you can give the professional a rating on a scale of 1 to 5 stars regarding the organization and teaching during your stay. You will also have the opportunity to write a detailed comment about your experience.

When you register on our platform, you benefit from a free month of trial to discover our services and features. Here's how it works:


  • Registration and Free Trial:


    • You register on our platform and benefit from a 30-day free trial.
    • During this period, you have access to all the features and tools available to VIP subscribers.


  • End of Free Trial:


    • At the end of the free trial period, you will receive an email informing you that your paid VIP subscription will begin
    • If you wish to continue using our services, no action is necessary; your subscription will be automatically activated and billed
    • If you decide not to continue with the paid subscription, you can cancel it before the end of the free trial period
    • By canceling, you will keep the information and configurations you created during the trial, but you will no longer be able to access the platform's tools and services
    • To reactivate access, you will need to purchase a paid subscription. You will also be able to take advantage of any offers or promotional codes available at that time.
    • You will not be able to renew the one month free offer once it has expired or been used. The offer is limited to one free trial period per user.

When searching for your internship, you can display the map view to visually get an idea of the location as well as the prices of the different internships at a glance.

·       You can then simply carry out a search by indicating a destination, a particular sport or even the dates of your course.


·       Then click on the small logo representing a map at the top left of the page


·       You will then access the map view which allows you to see the exact location of the courses as well as the prices on a map.
