MASTER CLASS PADEL: When? : November 8, 9 and 10, 2024 Where? : 4PADEL BORDEAUX Our team is made up of coaches of the best players in the world who travel especially for you from Madrid to Bordeaux. OBJECTIVES: Are you an amateur or experienced player? Work on your technique, your tactics Padel and your physique, in order to improve your performance on the field! Train like a Pro for a weekend with the coaches of the best players in the world. A MASTER CLASS open from beginner to advanced! HOW IT WORKS ? : See the progress: MASTER CLASS Padel (495€ / EARLYBIRD price until 07/31/24 -50€: 445€): 8 hours of Padel lessons + 3 hours of physical preparation + 1 hour of recovery and prevention + 2 lunches at club. We adapt our “train like a pro in one stay” methodology to each player, from beginner to advanced. Our teams are attentive to meet everyone's needs. Schedule: Friday November 8 (3:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.)

3:30 p.m.: Meet at 4PADEL Bordeaux. 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. (depending on group): 1 hour 30 minutes of Padel lessons 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. (depending on group): 1 hour of physical preparation 7 p.m.: Free evening.

Schedule: Saturday November 9 (10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)

10 a.m. - 11 a.m.: Tactical work Padel 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. (depending on group): 1h30 of Padel lessons 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. (depending on group): 1 hour of physical preparation 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.: Lunch at the club. 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Directed matches with tactical work. 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Prevention and recovery.
