Your stay
Semi-intensive course from Monday to Saturday morning. Monday to Friday 2 hours of training every morning. All strokes of padel will be tackled with varied exercises to allow you 360 degree progression in your game! On Saturday, a 1.5 hour match session with the other trainees and local players to put it all into practice!

Monday to Friday: 2 hours of training in groups of 4 on various themes Saturday: 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: matches between trainees and local players 10:30 a.m.: debriefing over a drink 11 a.m.: closing ceremony
