Your stay
Our tennis camps are designed for those who want to discover the sport or strengthen their basics, as well as for experts who want to perfect their game. Our experienced coaches adapt to the individual level of each participant, providing personalized advice to promote their progress. If necessary, participants can be reassigned to level groups more suited to their specific needs and goals. If you wish to go in a group, this is possible, the support will then be adapted and individualized to the player and his level. Through a dynamic and interactive program, players will have the opportunity to work on: - Technique: the different tennis shots will be covered during the camp. - Physical: fun games and specific exercises will be used to improve the coordination and speed of the participants. - Tactics: introduction to the basics of game strategy, with emphasis on understanding areas of play, reading ball trajectories, and decision-making on the court. - Mental: an important element of our program where we will teach you how to manage emotions through varied situations.
Planning
Around 2 p.m., after your arrival, you are welcomed and receive the necessary explanations for your stay. From 2:15 p.m., you will benefit from 2.5 hours of lessons, supervised by Laurence Bois and/or her team trained in her method. For lunch, we invite you to enjoy the delicious fresh meals offered at the Le Smatch club house (payable on site). It's the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries between your tennis sessions. In the morning, have free access to the Skinup Academy complex (tennis, padel and pickleball) or opt for an intensive camp with 2.5 hours of additional lessons (optional).
From 10 a.m., you take 2.5 hours of lessons with Laurence Bois and/or her team. Like the day before, you have the possibility to have lunch at the Le Smatch club house (to be paid on site). Organize your afternoon as you wish between tennis, padel and pickleball (free access) or opt for 2.5 hours of additional lessons (optional). You will be offered an end-of-camp assessment. Free departure from the academy.
