Your stay
Our tennis camps are designed for those who want to discover the sport or strengthen their basics, but also for experts who want to perfect their game. Our experienced coaches adapt to the individual level of each participant, providing personalized advice to promote their progress. If necessary, participants can be reassigned to level groups that better match their specific needs and objectives. If you wish to go in a group, this is possible, the support will then be adapted and individualized to the player and their level. Through a dynamic and interactive program, players will have the opportunity to work on: - Technique: the different tennis shots will be covered during the camp. - Physical: fun games and specific exercises will be used to improve the coordination and speed of the participants. - Tactics: introduction of the basics of game strategy, with an emphasis on understanding the playing areas, reading ball trajectories, and decision-making on the court. - Mental: an important element of our program where we will teach you how to manage emotions through various situations.
Planning
Around 2 p.m., after your arrival, you will be welcomed and given the necessary explanations for your stay. From 2:15 p.m., you will benefit from 2.5 hours of lessons, supervised by Laurence Bois and/or her team trained in her method. For lunch, we invite you to enjoy the delicious fresh meals offered at the Le Smatch clubhouse (to be paid on site). This is the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries between your tennis sessions. In the morning, you have free access to the Skinup Academy complex (tennis, padel and pickleball) or opt for an intensive camp with 2.5 hours of additional lessons (optional).
From 10am, you will have 2.5 hours of lessons with Laurence Bois and/or her team. Like the day before, you have the possibility to have lunch at the Le Smatch clubhouse (to be paid on site). Organize your afternoon as you wish between tennis, padel and pickleball (free access) or opt for 2.5 hours of additional lessons (optional). An end-of-camp assessment will be offered to you. Free departure from the academy.
