Our team is made up of coaches of the best players in the world who travel especially for you from Madrid to Montreuil.
GOALS:
Are you an amateur or experienced player? Work on your technique and tactics Padel, as well as your physique, to improve your performance on the field! Train like a Pro for a weekend with the coaches of the best players in the world.
HOW IT WORKS ? :
Intensive Course Padel €645: 6 hours of Padel lessons + 3 hours of physical preparation + 1 hour of recovery and prevention + 2 lunches at the club (see schedule).
We adapt our “train like a pro in one stay” methodology to each player, from beginner to advanced. Our teams are attentive to meet everyones needs. Small groups of similar levels and a friendly atmosphere guaranteed!

Planning
3:30 p.m.: Meet at 4PADEL Montreuil.
4 p.m.-7 p.m.: 1.5 hours of Padel lessons and 1 hour of physical preparation per group of 4 people of similar level. 7 p.m.: Free evening.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.: 1 hour 30 minutes of Padel lessons and 1 hour of physical preparation per group of 4 people of similar level.
2 p.m. - 4 p.m.: Lunch at the club.
4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Directed matches with tactical work. 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Prevention and recovery.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.: 1 hour 30 minutes of Padel lessons and 1 hour of physical preparation per group of 4 people of similar level.
2 p.m. - 3 p.m.: Lunch at the club and debrief of the course.
