Configure the Stripe platform

You can configure the Stripe platform to receive all your payments on Racket Trip in a simple and secure way. By configuring Stripe on our platform, you not only ensure a better experience for your customers, but you also simplify the management of your payments.

 

1)     Log in to your account and access settings via the menu

2)     Click “Integrate Stripe”

·       If you don't have a Stripe account:


3)    Create your account: your Racket Trip registration email address will be used by default and you must choose a password

4)    Enter your phone number: you will receive a verification code by SMS, enter it on Stripe to continue creating the account

5)    A code will then be displayed on the screen, copy it and keep it in a safe place, it will be used to recover your account in the event of loss

6)    Then enter the location and type of your business

7)    Fill in all the personal information requested (address, email address, telephone number, etc.) then all the information about your company (sector of activity, website, description of your activity, etc.)

8)   Then add the information on the bank account into which you wish to be paid as well as the information you wish to appear on the invoices

9)     Double-check all your information and send it

10) The Stripe platform is then activated on your account and you can use it for all your payments on Racket Trip

 

·       If you already have a Stripe account:

 

3)   Log in to your Stripe account by entering your password and entering the verification code sent to you by SMS

4)   Select your information already registered on the platform

5)   Double check all your information and send it
