If you do not have a Stripe account activated on the platform, you can send a payment link or an IBAN to the trainee directly via chat in order to pay and validate the internship reservation.
1) Log in to your account and go to the “Messages” page
2) You have received a reservation for a course, accept it and then select “Other payment method”
3) Via the Racket Trip chat, transfer the information to the trainee in order to pay for the course (IBAN, payment link, etc.)
4) Once payment has been made by the trainee, go to the “Reservation management” page via the menu to validate payment for the course.
5) Then click on the eye icon at the reservation in question and check the “Paid” box to validate the payment for the course
